convenient operation and portability. When measuring, just insert the finger into the finger
clamp photoelectric sensor, and the display screen will directly display the measured blood
oxygen saturation value.
Blood oxygen saturation is the percentage of the volume of HBO2 in the blood which is
combined by oxygen to the volume of Hb, that is, the concentration of blood oxygen. It is
an important physiological parameter of respiratory and circulatory system.
The measurement principle of the oximeter is based on the absorption spectral characteristics
of reduced hemoglobin (HB) and oxygenated hemoglobin (HBO2) in the red and near red light
regions. The empirical formula for data processing is established by using the Ambert Beer law.
The working principle of the instrument is photoelectric blood oxygen detection technology
combined with volume pulse tracing technology. Two light beams of different wavelengths are
used to irradiate the finger end of the human body, and the measured signal is obtained by the
photosensitive component. The acquired information is processed by the electronic circuit and
the red light and infrared light emission sensor at the microprocessor, and then the measured
result is displayed on the display screen.
